Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted for any items that are materially different to the description, arrive damaged, or arrive more than 10 days after estimated delivery date.

Damage Reporting

In the rare event an item arrives damaged, the customer is required to contact us the same day. Photos of the damage may be requested. Please note: Shepperton items are hand made and therefore never symmetrical. One side of the helmet will usually appear more distorted than the other.

Change of Mind

Where the customer has changed his/her mind we can only consider accepting the return where the box has not been opened. The buyer will pay return shipping and a restocking fee. Once the box has been opened returns will not be accepted. All return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Requesting a Refund

Where returns are accepted, customers will have the choice of a refund or replacement. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
